TRT World‘s Focal Point embarks on a journey to Antarctica in its next episode, “Frozen Frontier: Expedition to Antarctica.”

The documentary’s filmmakers join the Turkish Antarctic Expedition to investigate the effects of climate change and man-made pollutants. The documentary follows TRT World’s correspondent Alican Ayanlar with his team as they prepare for their trip and showcase scientific work on climate change.

Focal Point‘s “Frozen Frontier” premieres on TRT World on June 13, 2018.
