NATPE Budapest International, formerly known as NATPE Budapest, rebranded to extend the market and conference’s focus beyond Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) to encompass Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). Additionally, this year’s Pitch & Play Live! event will broaden its criteria to include independent producers from the EMEA region. “CEE is burgeoning with innovation and vibrancy, but as the world becomes a smaller place, we need to capitalize on the wider, growing talent pool present in the EMEA region,” commented NATPE president and CEO JP Bommel (pictured). NATPE Budapest International will take place from June 25-28, 2018.
