Screen Flanders will be investing 995,000 euro (approximately U.S. $1,225,005 dollars) into seven new audiovisual projects. The selected productions were chosen out of the Screen Flanders’ third and final call, which ended December 1, 2017. The financial support varies between EUR 45,000 to EUR 400,000, depending on each project. Projects that are eligible for funding from the Flanders government must have spent part or all of their budgets within the Flanders region. A mix of local and international animation and fiction projects, the selected titles to receive funding include Bullets, Goudheidswaanzin, Latte and the Magic Waterstone, Sir Mouse, Stockholm Requiem, Fredrika Bergman, Three Little Ninjas Delivery Service and Yummy.
