MIPTV and CanneSeries announced the 12 projects that will be featured as the Official Selection of In Development, the two-day Cannes Drama Creative Forum that will take place from April 10-11, 2018. Co-organized by MIPTV and CanneSeries, In Development will allow for screenwriters and producers to pitch their drama series projects to finance and broadcast partners. Out of a total 344 submissions, the international jury decided on 12 projects, of which four are early stage projects. The projects include Angelica, produced by Jen McGowan and Eliza Lee; Dead Head, produced by Screentime NZ; GR5, produced by Zodiak Belgium; Les Misérables, produced by Elephant Story; Strange Fishing Sundays, produced by Laniakea Capital; The Machinery, produced by Anagram Sverige; The Sources of Evil, produced by Wuste Film; and Whatever, Linda, produced by The Donaldson Company. The four early stage projects are Class A, Revival, Selfies, and Violator.
