Paramount Television appointed David Flynn as executive vice president, International Strategy. Prior to joining Paramount TV, Flynn served at UTA as an agent in the Literary department. In his new position, Flynn will perform a central role in identifying and securing local formats, books and films for the company. He will also focus on bringing on new talent to the company’s roster, with an emphasis on independent and foreign filmmakers.
