RTÉ and Vision Independent Productions (VIP) closed a format deal with Cwmni Da to produce the Welsh-language adaptation of Operation Transformation for S4C. The health and lifestyle series features a team made up of a fitness instructor, dietician and psychologist that develops a plan for five participants in the show. Operation Transformation entered its 11th season on RTÉ One in January. The Welsh-language adaptation will premiere on S4C on April 10.
