The Screen Actors Guild-American Federation of Television and Radio Artists (SAG-AFTRA) released a Code of Conduct on sexual harassment as part of a larger initiative, Four Pillars of Change, taken to protect its members in the workplace. The Code defines sexual harassment and what constitutes a hostile work environment, along with other types of prohibited conduct. The Code also details employers’ legal obligations under the law and union contracts. SAG-AFTRA’s Four Pillars of Change is an initiative that represents the union’s approach to combat harassment and empower its members.
