FilmRise releases the film Axolotl Overkill on October 24, 2017, when it will be available via Amazon Video, iTunes, and Vudu. A film adaptation of Helene Hegemann’s debut novel, Axolotl Roadkill, the film follows a 16-year-old girl named Mifti who, since her mother’s death, is amid parties, drugs, affairs, and love while living in Berlin.
