The CBS Corporation and Imagine Television Studios entered into a four-year agreement for the co-financing and co-production of scripted and unscripted television and long-form digital content. As part of the deal, the CBS Corporation will have first look access to new Imagine Television series, while CBS Television Studios will serve as a production partner and global distributor for programming that made out of the deal. Imagine will continue to hold distribution rights in specific Asian territories, such as China and Taiwan. Imagine TV’s programming slate includes Empire, Arrested Development, and Genius, among others.
