Venice Film Festival unveiled its lineup for the 74th edition of the festival. The festival will open with screening of Alexander Payne’s Downsizing. Other films in the competition include Ai Weiwei’s Human Flow, Darren Aronofsky’s Mother!, Guillermo del Toro’s The Shape of Water, Paul Schrader’s First Reformed, and George Clooney’s Suburbicon, among others. Among the films included in the out of competition fiction films are Stephen Frears’ Victoria & Abdul, Errol Morris’ Wormwood, Lucretia Martel’s Zama, and more. The 2017 Venice Film Festival takes place from August 30-September 9.
