Island Records founder Chris Blackwell partnered with Narcos showrunner Eric Newman and Propagate Content chairman and co-CEO Ben Silverman to produce a new series that aims to explore the birth of the Jamaican music industry and its effect globally. The series will be marketed to premiere cable and streaming services.
