Brown Bag Films, a subsidiary of 9 Story Media Group, has started production on Angela’s Christmas. The half-hour animated holiday special is based on Frank McCourt’s children’s book inspired by his mother. The CG film features Ruth Negga in the role of Angela’s mom and Lucy O’Connell as Angela. 9 Story Distribution International will handle worldwide distribution.
