The Monte-Carlo Television Festival, held from June 16-20, revealed the winners for its Special Prizes, awarded in collaboration with AMADE, the ICRC, the Monaco Red Cross, and SIGNIS. The AMADE Prize, which goes to a TV program that explores a human issue, was awarded to Reel Time: Isinulat sa Tubig, produced by GMA News TV. The recipient for the Press Prize of the ICRC is Les Migrants Ne Savent Pas Nager, produced by Point Du Jour. The TV film Ein Teil Von Uns will receive two awards: the Prize of the Monaco Red Cross and SIGNIS Prize: The Silver Dove.
