Blue Ant Media acquired RACAT Group, which includes the purchase of its production houses NHNZ, Beach House Pictures, and Northern Pictures. Also as part of the purchase includes the children’s nature broadcaster ZooMoo Networks and the mobile game developer Runaway Play. Blue Ant Media’s acquisition of RACAT continues its international content expansion and will assist its content sales business. In addition, RACAT CEO David Haslingden has become a significant shareholder and member of Blue Ant Media’s board of directors.
