The TASS news agency hosted a press conference regarding the official Russian delegation at the Cannes International Film Festival, held from May 17-28, and the Marché du Film, held from May 17-26. Among the Russian titles participating in Cannes are: Andrey Zvyagintsev’s Loveless in the main competition; Kantemir Balagov’s Closeness in the Un Certain Regard competition; and Sergei Loznitsa’s A Gentle Creature in the main competition.
