ENENSYS, a manufacturer of broadcast network equipment, has entered negotiations to acquire TeamCast, a provider for digital modulation technologies for terrestrial, satellite, and wireless markets. ENENSYS has confirmed that TeamCast will continue to operate as an independent company. The acquisition will close by the second quarter of 2017.
