Produced by Caracol Televisión and Sony Pictures Television, telenovela  La Suegra debuted in Venezuela on Venevisión. La Suegra follows Victoria Maldonado who, after returning to her home country after living in the United States, experiences a power struggle with members of her family over her family company’s bankruptcy. The cast includes Jacqueline Arenal, Andrés Parra, and Isabel Christina Estrada, among others.
