Fox Broadcasting Company (FOX) has hired Rob Wade as president of Alternative Entertainment and Specials. Most recently, Wade served as ABC’s Dancing with the Stars showrunner, and was previously head of Entertainment Development at BBC Worldwide. Starting in his position in March, Wade will manage the network’s unscripted programming, specials, and alternative development slate. Wade will report to Fox Television Group chairmen and CEOs, Dana Walden and Gary Newman.
