Candlewick Entertainment has obtained the global rights to a young readers book series based on Ride, the TV series, which debuted on Nickelodeon on January 30. The rights were acquired from Breakthrough Entertainment. Ride follows an American teenager as she adjusts to her new life in England, after she moves there because of her father’s new job. The series launched in Canada on YTV and in the U.K. on Nickelodeon.
