Indie production company Eleventh Hour Films has named Mike Ellen as head of Development. In his new role, Ellen will oversee development of original and book-based drama content, for both domestic and international markets. Prior to joining Eleventh Hour Films, Ellen served as head of Development at the production company On The Corner, where he supervised its scripted development slate.
