Lionsgate and Netflix have reached an agreement for a worldwide SVOD deal for the series Greenleaf. As part of the agreement, after Greenleaf’s linear run on OWN in the U.S. and Canada, Netflix will premiere the series in all outside territories the day after broadcast. The series follows the Greenleaf family and their Memphis megachurch, where faith and deception mingle. Netflix globally premieres season one of the series March 3. The second season will debut on OWN beginning March 15, 2017.
