Lionsgate has signed an international format deal for its upcoming reality series Kicking & Screaming. Format rights for France, Denmark, Italy, Finland, Norway and Sweden have been licensed to the international production group Banijay. In addition, Lionsgate has made an agreement with Sony Pictures Television Networks’ VIASAT for the format and series rights in Hungary. Kicking & Screaming, a game show that drops a pair of contestants into the wild to see if they can survive, airs on March 9 on FOX.
