Entertainment One (eOne) welcomes Christian Fritzsche as new vice president of International Sales. Fritzsche will be managing the exploitation of eOne’s new and existing content to Austria, Germany, and Switzerland. Previously, Fritzsche worked for BBC Worldwide, where he built up the scripted business for Austria, Germany, and Switzerland.
On Demand Deutschland has hired Alain Polgar as general manager. Polgar will be responsible for existing business with clients and for business in development in Austria, Germany, and Switzerland. Prior to joining On Demand Deutschland, Polgar worked for Ericsson Broadcast & Media Services, where he managed and developed business with global media groups and customers.
