Lionsgate and executive producer Jeff Apploff have signed a deal for the development of original nonscripted series and formats for Lionsate Television through Apploff Entertainment. As part of the agreement, Lionsgate will have exclusive rights for television content produced by Apploff Entertainment. This deal indicates a move on the part of Lionsgate Television into nonscripted entertainment.
