Netflix has picked up its first Korean original series called Love Alarm, an animated series about a software developer who creates an app that lets its users know who around them have romantic feelings for them. Produced by Hidden Sequence’s Jaemoon Lee, this 12-episode series is based on an already very popular web cartoon by Kye Young Chon. Love Alarm premieres on Netflix in 2018.
