Constantin Medien’s CFO Lei Arne stepped down for health reasons from his position and was succeeded by Peter Braunhofer, who has been with the company since 2007 as the responsible executive for Accounting, Corporate Finance and Investor Relations. In addition to acting as CFO, Braunhofer will keep on these responsibilities.
