Caracol Next Debuts Online Dramadies

Caracol Next is premiering its first two web-based drama-comedies: Civil Status and Pasada de Moda. Civil Statustells the story of David, a yuppie who has just left his girlfriend and enters the crisis of being single. His two best friends Pablo and Federico help him overcome his heartbreak; while Pablo shows him the advantages of being in a relationship while Federico tries to convince him that the single life is better. Pasada de Moda, which debuts on Wednesday November 23 at tells the story of Maria Jose, who after many years of working in a well-known advertising agency is dismissed and replaced by three junior advertisers. After a sabbatical year she accepts a position as project manager and with a great challenge: to face a digital world of which she is not “native” and to know firsthand that the thirty are not the new twenties.
