Sonar Entertainment has entered into a first-look deal with Team Downey, the independent entertainment and production company founded by Robert Downey Jr. and Susan Downey.  The new agreement encompasses scripted and non-scripted content for television, including digital.  The first project generated by Team Downey under the new arrangement is Singularity, a new series created by Robert Downey Jr. and Anthony Michael Hall. The series will star Hall, with the first episode being directed by Downey.
