The traditional AFM Veteran Luncheon has now become the AFM Future Leadership Luncheon. The veterans have been replaced by Millennials, but there are still a few veterans in attendance. Ryan Friscia from film production and distribution company Bloom Media of Beverly Hills, California, is overseeing the event, which is now in its fourth year. It was held at the Catch Restaurant of Hotel Casa Del Mar in Santa Monica, near the AFM convention venue, for the second year in a row.
