Banijay Group’s CEO of U.K., Belgium and Netherlands Rod Henwood will step down from his position later this year. Henwood joined Zodiak Media in early 2014 and has served as CEO of the UK, Belgium and Netherlands Division, comprising RDF, IWC, Touchpaper Television, Bwark, Comedy Unit, Zodiak Belgium and Zodiak Netherlands. He also oversees Sol, the Group’s Mumbai-based production company. This news follows the merger of Banijay Group and Zodiak Media earlier in the year.
