Poland’s Kino Polska has reported a 6 percent increase in the group’s revenue from sales during the same period on 2015. The increase is primarily due to development of the Group’s pay TV channels along with growth in advertising revenue. Compared with the same period last year, from January to June 2016, FilmBox movie channels and thematic channels increased revenues by nearly 14 percent. The Group also reports a nine percent increase in revenue from advertising sales generated by the channels from the Kino Polska brand. Kino Polska’s majority shareholder is SPI International.
