Geoffrey Rush (The King’s Speech, Pirates of the Caribbean) has been cast as Albert Einstein in National Geographic Channel’s global anthology series Genius. The series, which comes from Fox 21 Television Studios, Imagine Television, OddLot Entertainment and EUE/Sokolow, is based on Walter Isaacson’s biography of the celebrated scientist. Production begins next month in Prague, and will air in 2017 on the National Geographic Channel in 171 countries and 45 languages.
