The complete lineup of the 73rd Annual Venice International Film Festival was announced last week. Set to take Place August 31 through September 10, twenty films made the final cut for the festival’s prestigious Golden Lion. British director Sam Mendes (American Beauty) will be the president of the jury. Films nominated include Tom Ford’s The Light Between Oceans starring Alicia Vikander, Michael Fassbender and Rachel Weisz, along with Wim Wenders’ Les Beaux Jours d’Aranjuez and Terrence Malick’s Voyage of Time.
