Mia Sohlman has been named executive producer at Dramacorp, a new joint venture between Beta Film’s Jan Mojito and Swedish-French drama exec Patrick Nebout. Sohlman is the company’s first hire since its launch in April, and joins Dramacorp as it prepares its first slate of projects. Sohlman most recently co-created and produced Blå Ögon (Blue Eyes), a political thriller about the rise of right-wing fascism in Europe. Blue Eyes first aired in Sweden in 2014, and has been licensed to Netflix, Channel 4’s Walter Presents and More4 in the U.K.
