Espen Huseby, the CEO of Nordic World, has completed a management buyout of the company from TV2 Norway. The buyout sees Huseby as the sole owner and chairman of the distributor, which has over 600 titles including drama, factual, documentary and formats. Huseby is currently negotiating with investors from the U.K. and the U.S. regarding potential growth, and is recruiting a new board, to be announced in the coming weeks.
