The 56th edition of the Monte-Carlo Television Festival kicked off on June 12. HSH Prince Albert II of Monaco and HSH Princess Charlene introduced members of the 2016 Golden Nymph juries on stage, which included Danny Glover and Jason Priestley. The prestigious Golden Nymph award was presented to actress Marg Helgenberge, who starred as CSI analyst Catherine Willows in CSI: Crime Scene Investigation for twelve seasons, winning two Primetime Emmy and two Golden Globe nominations. The ceremony was followed by the premiere of Dick Wolf’s drama series Chicago Med, the third installment in the acclaimed Chicago brand.
