Farpoint Films and Rive Gauche Television have entered a first-look deal to co-develop and produce unscripted television series. The co-productions will be intended for a national and international market, over a multi-year deal. Rive Gauche, whose credits include Dog Whisperer with Cesar Millan, Homicide Hunter and Ice Cold Killer, will act as international distributor, while Farpoint, the company behind Escape or Die!, The Illegal Eater and The Medicine Line, will serve as a production and post-production house. The partnership follows the companies’ deal for food travelogue series The Illegal Eater.
