A+E Networks hired Francisco Guijon as senior vice president, Americas. Prior to joining A+E Networks, Guijon served as Programming, Content & Ad Sales director at Liberty Global – VTR Chile. In his new position based out of Miami, Guijon will oversee the profitability and expansion of A+E’s channels and assets in Latin America and Canada. In addition, Guijon will collaborate with A+E’s NY-based digital team to assist the digital strategies in other regions. Guijon will report to Edward Sabin, executive managing director, International, at A+E Networks.
