The 15th edition of the Whistler Film Festival will honor actor Bruce Greenwood with this year’s Career Achievement Award. The award will be presented on location at the world premiere of his film Rehearsal, in which he plays a gay theater director. Greenwood first appeared on screen in the late 70s on The Beachcombers TV series. He appeared in Star Trek and I, Robot, in addition to indie Canadian films Wildlike and The Sweet Heareafter. The festival will be held December 2-6.
