The U.K.-based television enterprise will develop, produce, and finance scripted television targeted toward international audiences. Leveraging both companies’ talent relationships, the new venture will develop a dedicated television content pipeline in order to expand the global footprint of both FilmNation and NENT Group. NENT Group will also be offered the first option on Nordic media rights to all of the venture’s productions.
