The 40 nominees for the ten categories of the Rose d’Or Awards have been announced. Over 430 programs from 160 broadcasters and production companies were submitted this year. The nominees come from Australia, Belgium, Brazil, France, Norway, and Finland, among other countries. The ten categories are Reality & Factual Entertainment; Arts; Game Show; Entertainment; Children & Youth; Comedy; Sitcom; Drama Series; TV Movies; and Virtual Reality. The winners will be revealed a the Rose d’Or Awards ceremony in Berlin on September 19, 2017. Nominees in the Entertainment category include ITV’s Britain’s Got Talent, and Endemol Shine Germany’s Kitchen Impossible, among others.
