Armoza Formats, an Israeli independent formats distributor and creator, has made new organizational changes in the Marketing and Strategy departments. Yael Phillips, who led the Marketing department for the last three years, is now also head of Strategy. Phillips has been responsible for Armoza’s 10 Year campaign and the company’s new product launches and wider catalog. Additionally, Paula Schleider is joining the company’s marketing team. Schleider, who has a background in consumer marketing, joins the company from Beiersdorf Mexico, where she worked on the Nivea brand.
