One year past its brand update, TruTV has ordered three new primetime series, renewed two series and has ordered two pilots. The moves come after the audience data has shown that the network’s “Way More Fun” rebranding is working: reporting double-digit growth among adults 18-49 and lowering its median age to 33 (from 40 in September 2014). The three series greenlights include Almost Genius, 10 Things and truOriginals: Inside Iconic Comedy. The network has ordered 13 additional episodes of The Carbonaro Effect and 10 more episodes of Hack My Life. The network issues pilot orders for Jon Glaser Loves Gear and Inside Caucasia.
