Geraldine Laybourne has been appointed to the 9 Story Media Group’s board of directors. Laybourne, a serial media and technology entrepreneur, was a cable programming pioneer in the 80s and 90s. She helped create Nickelodeon and Nick at Nite, and then became the president of Disney/ABC Cable Networks, and then founded Oxygen Media before selling the company to NBCUniversal.
